Erin the Counsellor

Erin is passionate about fostering authentic, compassionate therapeutic relationships to support individuals as they navigate life's challenges. Her deep empathy and professional expertise has allowed her the privilege of walking alongside many people in their journeys toward healing and personal growth.

In her free time, Erin enjoys yoga, walks, reading, camping, gardening, and exploring her creative side through various crafts. She is a dedicated Star Wars fan and when time permits, she enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with a close-knit group of friends

Professional Background

Erin has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Regina. She has over a decade of experience working in mental health care providing services like counselling, advocacy, public and professional education, group therapy and more. Her professional background spans non-profit organizations, government agencies, healthcare, and private practice. Erin is a registered social worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) and is committed to upholding ethical standards in her practice

  • Exploring how colonization and Eurocentric systems of science and education have shaped approaches to mental health and well being.

  • Engaging in ongoing critical self-reflection to build awareness, confront her own biases, and foster personal growth.
